We may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site; the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 15  years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

4. PRODUCTS & ORDERS
4.1 Product Descriptions – We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors, sizing, and packaging may vary.
4.2 Availability – Items in your cart are not reserved until checkout is complete. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
4.3 Order Acceptance – All orders are subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in price or description, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
4.4 Order Confirmation – You will receive an email acknowledging your order. This email is not acceptance; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the items and send a shipping confirmation.

5. PRICING & PAYMENT
5.1 Currency – Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise and include applicable VAT.
5.2 Payment Methods – We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen method.
5.3 Pricing Errors – If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
6.1 Shipping Areas – We currently ship within Egypt. For international inquiries, please contact us.
6.2 Processing Time – Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
6.3 Delivery Time – Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
6.4 Free Shipping – Enjoy free standard shipping on orders above 1,500 EGP (after discounts, before tax).
6.5 Risk of Loss – Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
7.1 Eligibility – You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.*
7.2 Process – Contact support wholebasics@gmail.com with your order number to initiate a return.
7.3 Refunds – Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned items. Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
*Certain items such as underwear, final‑sale or discounted products may be ineligible for return; see our Returns Policy.

8. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotions are valid for the specified period only and cannot be combined unless stated. Discount codes have no cash value and are not transferable.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Whole Basics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual‑property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
